2017 Stars of the City Conference

The 2017 Stars of the City Conference on Wednesday May 10, celebrates tourism-oriented customer service. Delegates will learn about teh importance of customer service in the tourism context and how acting as an ambassador for all of the sites, attractions, and activities that our beautiful city has to offer can encourage repeat visitation to your business and to Canada's capital region - now and into the future.

Delegates will:

• gain a well-rounded knowledge of what there is to see and do in Ottawa this upcoming seasion to help provide an extra service edge
• Network with peers

Registration is FREE for Ottawa Tourism members. A no-show fee applies if cancellation is not received 72 hours in advance.
